Our Commitment to Quality and Your Satisfaction

At Himdev Herbal, we are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality Ayurvedic products. Your satisfaction and well-being are our top priorities. We stand behind the purity and potency of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy outlines the procedures for returns and refunds.

Return Timeframe

You may initiate a return for eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. We believe this provides ample time to decide if the product is right for you while ensuring we can manage our inventory effectively.  

Eligibility for Returns

To ensure product safety and integrity for all our customers, we have a clear policy on which items are eligible for return.

  • Unopened Products: We accept returns of any item that is in its original, unopened condition with the safety seal intact. Unopened products are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method or for store credit, at your preference.

  • Opened Products: For the safety of our customers and to comply with U.S. FDA and Health Canada regulations (cGMP/GMP), we cannot accept returns on any product that has been opened. Once a product's safety seal is broken, we are unable to verify its integrity and therefore cannot restock or resell it. This policy is in place to protect you and all of our customers from the risk of tampered or adulterated products.  

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: We take great care in packing and shipping your order. However, if your order arrives damaged, if the product is defective, or if you received an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you. We may request a photograph of the damaged or incorrect item to help us improve our processes.  

How to Initiate a Return

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Request a Return Authorization: Before sending back any item, please contact our Customer Service team at info@himdevherbal.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.  

  2. Package Your Return: Securely pack the eligible, unopened item(s) in the original box if possible. Please include the RMA number inside the package.

  3. Ship Your Return: Attach the shipping label and send the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team.

Shipping for Returns

  • For returns of unopened items due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.  

  • For returns of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Himdev Herbal will provide a prepaid return shipping label.  

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds and Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund or store credit.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.  

  • Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive your return for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. We will send you an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.  

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an unopened product for a different item, we recommend following the return process for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.  

Final Sale Items

  • Any items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for return or refund.
